| How to Restore Files |
| Note: If you have not completed the initial
backup, you may only restore files by contacting CNS Stockade
at 1-319-266-9800. After the
initial backup is complete,
you may restore online. |
| Step 1) Open the Administer Screen by double
clicking the Remote Backup Icon on your desktop. |

| Step 2) Select “I would like to request
files now.” |
|
| Step 3) Choose the restoration Drive and Date,
and a request is sent to CNS Stockade Data Center. |
|
| Step 4) After your computer receives the selection
list from CNS Stockade, choose the specific folders
or files to restore. |
|
| Step 5) After your computer receives the restoration
sets from CNS Stockade, enter your 24-48 character
CNS Stockade password. |
|
| Step 6) You may reconfirm the files you wish
to restore. You may select as many or as few as you like,
restore them, and immediately return to this screen by selecting
Restore/Multiple Files or /Single Files from the main CNS Stockade menu. |

| Step 7) After the restoration is complete
the software give you the option to view the restore log. |
